Requesting Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Habitat account, please follow the steps below. Deleting your account is permanent and will remove your data associated with the Habitat app, operated by Prodigy Studios LLC.

Steps to Delete Your Account

To request account deletion, please send an email to:

In your email, please include the email address associated with your Habitat account so we can verify your request.

Data Deletion Process

Upon receiving and verifying your deletion request, we will process it within 3 business days.

The following data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems (powered by Supabase):

• Your first name or nickname
• Your email address
• Your children's first names or nicknames
• Any other data directly linked to your user profile

Please note that anonymized usage data collected via Google Analytics (for adult users only) may be retained, but it will no longer be associated with your personal account information. Authentication tokens stored locally via Shared Preferences on your device will become invalid once the account is deleted.
